About the project:
ProofPilot is a clinical research technology company. We're building a scalable, signal-driven prospecting engine targeting pharma and biotech sponsors with active clinical trials. We need an experienced consultant to help us go from design to fully operational within one month.
The architecture is already scoped — we need someone to help us execute it correctly, configure it in Clay, and connect it cleanly to HubSpot.
What we're building:
A Clay-powered enrichment and prospecting workflow that feeds a clean HubSpot CRM — with pharma clinical trial activity from ClinicalTrials.gov as the primary signal layer.
We're targeting ~3,000 pharma accounts, with quarterly refresh cadences and job-change and trial-activity signals driving prioritization.
Your scope of work:
- Configure Clay tables, playbooks, and enrichment workflows from scratch
- Set up trial activity signals sourced from ClinicalTrials.gov data
- Map Clay outputs to HubSpot account and contact properties cleanly
- Advise on credit usage, waterfall logic, and data provider selection
- Document workflows so the internal team can manage ongoing operations
Timeline:
We need to be fully operational within 4 weeks of kickoff. We're ready to start immediately and will move quickly on our end — we need someone who can do the same.
What we're looking for:
- HubSpot certified consultant — required, please include your certification details
- Demonstrated hands-on Clay experience — playbooks, enrichment tables, credit management
- Experience connecting Clay → HubSpot via native sync or API
- Familiarity with B2B GTM workflows and sales ops tooling
- Bonus: experience in life sciences, pharma, or clinical research verticals
