Description:
We are seeking a project-based Freelance E-Learning Developer to design and build a self-paced e-learning course titled 'BD Excellence Mindset for GBS' using Articulate Rise. The course will be a mandatory foundational learning (15–20 minutes) focused on building awareness, mindset, and behaviors aligned to BD Excellence within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. The freelancer will work closely with internal stakeholders and follow provided content, objectives, and branding guidelines to deliver an engaging, learner-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Design & Content Development:
Translate provided source material into a clear learning flow and storyboard.
Apply adult learning principles, microlearning, and scenario-based learning.
Design immersive storytelling, real-world examples, and reflective challenges.
E-Learning Development (Articulate Rise):
Develop the full course using Articulate Rise.
Build interactive elements such as knowledge checks, scenarios, and call-to-action sections.
Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design and clean visual layout.
Review & Finalization:
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and complete agreed revision rounds.
Deliver final Rise course and SCORM package (if required).
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing e-learning using Articulate Rise.
- Strong instructional design capability (not just technical development).
- Experience designing corporate or professional learning content.
- Ability to simplify conceptual content into engaging learner experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or mindset-based learning.
- Familiarity with Global Business Services or Shared Services environments.
