Title: Freelance Employment Litigation Attorney – Law & Motion (FEHA)
Seeking an experienced California attorney to handle law and motion work in FEHA and related matters.
- Requirements:
- California licensed attorney
- 4–7+ years litigation experience
- Strong experience in employment litigation (FEHA and related claims)
- Substantial law and motion experience
- Looking for attorneys who:
- Understand FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
- Can analyze issues and develop arguments independently
- Are comfortable drafting demurrers, discovery motions, and summary judgment/adjudication without supervision
- Write clearly, persuasively, and with precision
- Work includes:
- Demurrers
- Discovery motions
- Motions for summary judgment/adjudication
- Other substantive motion practice as needed
This is independent, project-based work for attorneys who can take ownership of assignments and handle motion practice without supervision.
Compensation:
Hourly. Commensurate with experience.
