We are looking for an experienced **Freelance Paid Ads Specialist** to help promote a local arts event in the **Washington DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV)** area.
- This is a short-term project focused on **lead generation and event registrations**, not general brand awareness.
- *About the Event:**
- Washington Arts and Culture Showcase – a multi-discipline competition including:
- Dance
- Music (Vocal & Instrumental)
- Foreign Language Speech
- Target audience:
- Parents with kids ages 6–18
- Dance and music students
- Studio owners and teachers
- Located in DMV area

Ad Budget: $1000 total

- *Scope of Work:**
- Set up Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Audience targeting (local DMV parents & arts students)
- Conversion-focused campaign setup
- Retargeting setup
- Pixel verification (already installed on website)
- Create 2–4 ad variations (copy + structure, creatives provided)
- Monitor and optimize performance (light weekly optimization)

Generate qualified leads and maximize event registrations before May 10.

- *Required Experience:**
- Proven experience running Facebook/Instagram conversion ads
- Experience with local event marketing (preferred)
- Strong audience targeting skills
- Retargeting setup experience
