Job Title: Freelance Recruiter – General Labor & Roofing Positions (Virginia, USA)
We are currently looking for a freelance recruiter to help us source and screen candidates for general laborers, roofing helpers, and foremen in the roofing and construction industry across Virginia, USA.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and databases
- Screen applicants based on job requirements
- Profile sharing of only those candidates that are interested and willing to pursue the opportunity
Ideal Experience:
- Prior experience recruiting for construction/roofing/skilled trades or general labor
- Familiarity with the U.S. job market, especially Virginia
- Strong communication and organizational skills
