Freelance Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Automation Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) consultant to help set up and manage email automation campaigns for our company.
This is a freelance consulting project, not a full-time position. The goal is to build a structured email automation system that continuously communicates with our customers and prospects.
About Our Company
We are a commercial service company that provides building cleaning services (window cleaning, pressure washing, façade maintenance, etc.) for large institutional and commercial properties.
Systems Currently in Use
- Salesforce Sales Cloud – Enterprise Edition
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement – Growth Edition
- Our database includes both Contacts and Leads synchronized with Account Engagement Prospects
Scope of Work
We are looking for someone who can:
- Review our existing Salesforce and Account Engagement setup
- Configure segmentation lists based on customer type and service categories
- Create dynamic lists that update automatically
- Build email automation campaigns using Engagement Studio
- Design and implement email templates
- Set up automation rules and prospect scoring
- Ensure proper field mapping between Salesforce and Account Engagement
- Create a workflow that allows for continuous email communication with prospects and customers
Desired Experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Experience integrating with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Ability to design marketing automation workflows
- Experience with segmentation strategy and B2B email campaigns

Important Requirement
You must be able to start quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
