We are looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition manager with experience in closing Affiliate/ Media Buy's positions. You already have: • 2+ years of experience in product IT company or marketing/recruitment agency; • High-level skills in searching and interviewing candidates; • Excellent track records in hiring candidates for the following departments: Marketing, Product, BizDev, Analytics, Finance; • Experience in recruitment in Europe; • Intermediate level of English; Your tasks: • Actively source candidates; • Cooperate directly with the Recruitment Lead; • Conducting initial screening; • Sending candidates’ CVs with a cover letter for review; • Recruit Business candidates (marketing, product, analytics, bizdev, finance etc).
