We are looking for experienced dispatchers to join our growing team! We are a third party dispatch service that partners with owner operators and small fleets. They operate under their own insurance and authority, we handle the route planning and dispatching. We are looking for someone with at least three (3) years of experience dispatching and managing fleets, particularly flatbeds and/or hotshots. You will be responsible for all route planning, dispatching, paperwork, and broker communications. Qualifications: - At least three (3) years of experience dispatching flatbeds and/or hotshots. - Self-motivated - Time management - Organizational skills - Provide your own computer and phone About this position: - Fully remote - Independent contractor position (1099) - Pay is commission-based. No base salary. - You must handle all route planning and dispatch responsibilities for your assigned drivers. - Submit rate confirmations and PODs to our accounting email for weekly payroll. Pay: - You get 3% of the linehaul for every load you book.
