Job Summary:

Auxillium is looking for a full-time Reservation Agent to join our team. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to provide excellent customer service.

Greet customers and make sure they are comfortable before their scheduled visit.
Answer any questions about the procedure of the procedure and answer any questions that the customer may have regarding the procedure.
Booking patients by entering their contact information, selecting the appropriate room key, and entering the patient’s information into our software.
Verify all details such as room number, name of hotel, and type of room are correct before confirming the room.
Confirm that all paperwork is completed and accurate before beginning the procedure.
Ensure that all paperwork is completed and accurate before beginning the procedure by completing all necessary forms and tasks required during your shift.

Perform other duties as assigned by your manager to ensure that you are providing excellent customer service throughout your shift.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a flexible environment with limited supervision.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to meet attendance requirements of the Fort Lauderdale, FL government (Department of Transportation).
Must be able to pass a background check with no felony convictions in the last 5 years (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
