The Home2 Suites is looking for a front desk agent Candidate must be available to work weekends and holidays We are looking for positive and hardworking people to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, great work ethic, and who will strive for high quality customer service. β€’ Preference will be given to those who have Hilton Experience and are familiar with PEP Property Management System β€’ We are looking for Agents who will assure highest possible level of visitor and guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service. β€’ You will be responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls, taking reservations and customer inquiries. β€’ Previous front desk experience highly preferred. β€’ Prior experience using windows based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, highly preferred. β€’ Excellent organization and prioritization skill. Must be able to work well and collaborate with others. β€’ May be required to stand for an extended period of time. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Primary Duties β€’ Close business day and run night audit reports β€’ Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner. β€’ Efficiently handles all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks, or traveler's checks. Balances/verifies all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts. β€’ Ensures that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and that guest privacy is maintained. β€’ Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, customer service and maintenance issues. β€’ Guest ServiceΒ· Offers guests assistance whenever possible. β€’ Responsible for resolving escalated customer relations issues. β€’ Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services. β€’ Must respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations. β€’ Assist in other departments as needed. β€’ Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest/staff safety and security. β€’ Ensures that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies. β€’ Properly compiles, completes, and distributes reports to all management and relevant staff.
