Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance internal and external applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end expertise along with the ability to support backend systems and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly application interfaces.
- Support UI/UX design for existing systems, including graphic design and mockups.
- Enhance and maintain existing applications built on .NET and other technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external agencies to define and implement new solutions.
- Work in an Agile development environment to continuously improve application performance and usability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Ensure best practices in usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Front-End or Full Stack Developer.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
- HTML5, CSS3
- CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
- Responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Agile development methodologies
- UI/UX design, mockups, and prototyping
- Strong portfolio or GitHub showcasing relevant projects.
- Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience with JavaScript
- Exposure to AI-based applications
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365
- Experience with Java Spring Framework
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or version control tools
- Experience with Squiz CMS
- Understanding of User Journey Mapping
