Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Ā Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus
Ā Familiarity with benefits administration practices is advantageous
Ā Strong negotiation skills
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ā Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable
Ā Analytical mindset for market research and trend analysis
