Job Description
I am looking for a Senior Automation Expert to build a complete, hands-off lead generation and booking system. I want to spend my time running the business, not managing the tech.
MY Objective: Build a system where a lead is generated by Meta Ads (optimized via Madgicx), instantly called by Retell AI, and managed/booked through GoHighLevel.
The Scope of Work:
Ad Integration: Connect my Meta Lead Forms (managed by Madgicx) to GoHighLevel.
Instant Outreach: Trigger an outbound Retell AI call within 60 seconds of a form fill.
Persistence Workflow: If the lead doesn't answer, build a 5-day "Retry Sequence" in GHL. This should trigger Retell AI calls at different times over 5 days (respecting TCPA hours).
Omnichannel Messaging Integration:I have pre-written copy for all SMS and Email follow-ups.
You will be responsible for building these into the GHL Workflow alongside the Retell AI calls.
Ensure "Stop" or "Unsubscribe" triggers are functional across all channels (SMS, Email, and Voice) to maintain TCPA compliance.
Calendar Sync: The AI agent must check my GHL/Google Calendar in real-time, handle the conversation, and book the appointment directly.
Technical "Plumbing": Set up all necessary Webhooks and Make.com/n8n scenarios to ensure data flows between Retell and GHL (transcripts, tags, and call outcomes).
Requirements:
Portfolio showing at least 3 successful Retell AI + GHL integrations.
Expertise in Madgicx or high-level Meta Ad automation.
Ability to handle the "Brain/Prompting" of the agent so it sounds human and professional.
Willingness to provide a 14-day "stress test" period to ensure the system doesn't break.
