Job Summary:
CareCentrix is a company focused on innovative digital experiences, and they are seeking a Full Stack Application Developer. The role involves building and maintaining web applications, collaborating with teams, and ensuring application performance and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle for integration with IVR, text messaging, and OCR technologies.
- Build an understanding of the configuration frameworks for the IVR technologies and leverage it to customize and configure interactive voice workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance application efficiency.
- Maintain code quality with best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field or related work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Java Spring Boot for microservices development.
- Experience with JPA for Oracle.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and best practices for API development.
- Working experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with IVR, interactive text messaging, and OCR solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
