CVS Health is focused on redefining healthcare in America and is seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer to contribute to advancing and modernizing technologies in the healthcare sector. The role involves building and delivering high-quality software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to agile methodologies to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement component of our software architecture
- Help deploy and maintain large scale software in Production, ensure operational excellence
- Write and execute unit tests, conduct code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot issue to ensure the reliability of our systems
- Help translate business requirements into software system in a cross-functional, agile environment
Skills
- 1+ years of Python development experience, including building and maintaining production-quality applications
- 1+ years of hands‑on React development experience, with strong proficiency in modern front‑end patterns and component‑based architectures
- 1+ years of experience designing and delivering software solutions in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with an understanding of cloud‑native services, deployment pipelines, and scalable architectures
- 1+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines, including proficiency with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills within and across teams
- Experience with complex systems and solving challenging analytical problems
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipeline, and other DevOps principles/best practices
- Familiarity with different phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge in GCP architecture, commands and experience designing & optimizing software and data engineering patterns in the GCP environment
- Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets from disparate data sources
- Proficient in APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
- Previous healthcare experience and domain knowledge
- Master's Degree preferred
