Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a school district in Blue Island, IL, to hire dedicated and qualified General Education Teachers for the upcoming school year. We are seeking Bilingual (English-Spanish) professionals for multiple full-time, onsite openings.

Dual Language 3rd Grade – Spanish Side
Requires: PEL + Bilingual Endorsement
Dual Language 4th Grade – English Side
Requires: PEL + ESL Endorsement
Middle School Bilingual Teacher
Requires: PEL + Bilingual Endorsement + Middle School Endorsement
Middle School World People Studies Teacher
Requires: PEL + Foreign Language Endorsement + Middle School Endorsement

Start Date: August 11, 2025
End Date: May 22, 2026
Hours: 5 hours/week
Location: Onsite Only in Blue Island, IL
Interview Process: Onsite interviews only
Renewal Consideration: Based on performance and district needs

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of bilingual students
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and district advisors
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
Required Endorsements per position listed above
Bilingual (English-Spanish) fluency required for all positions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
