- Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Provide outstanding client services by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, promote services, and gather feedback
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and technical support issues
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling or improving service delivery
- Experience
- Previous call center or customer service experience is highly preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging diverse client bases
- Proven ability to perform data entry with high accuracy and efficiency using Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
