- Conduct physical examinations, review medical histories, and monitor vital signs
- Prescribe and dispense medications in accordance with regulations
- Develop and implement treatment plans with patients and care team members
- Provide preventive care and behavioral health support
- Educate patients about disease management, medications, and preventive care
- Refer patients to subspecialists when appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including behavioral health and wellness providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide coverage for other clinicians when needed
Qualifications: • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing - Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California
- Current DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
Working Hours: • Full-Time Schedule - On-call rotation required
