Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum

รย Visual design briefs
รย Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
รย Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
รย Report bugs and errors to development teams
รย Help troubleshoot issues
รย Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
รย Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
รย Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team
รย Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and/launch needs.
รย Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards
รย Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
รย Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures
Requirements and skills
รย Experience with agile projects and QA methodology
รย Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
รย Knowledge of testing software (e.g. Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid)
รย Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
รย Excellent communication skills
