Job Description
We are seeking a full-time web application developer to assist in building a series of web applications tailored to our internal workflows and compliant with IRS requirements. We are a small company of tax professionals, and are looking to bring you in as a valued team member, full-time.
Knowledge of full stack development, as well as minor product/project management skills, is required as you will be the only developer on the team. Looking for a developer experienced with LLM-based development using Claude Code / Codex / Replit, who has the experience to produce quality work quickly.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, building an MVP, working with the team on testing and getting feedback, iterating, and growing the capabilities and feature set to enable better workflow with our clients. We expect a high amount of integration and working together, and will involve you in our workflow so that you can learn more about the key aspects of our work.
The team is a small, easy-going team, without a lot of process. The team works from home but is based in Hong Kong, so this role would suit someone working in a similar timezone. English fluency required.
