Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective clients independently. This role does not provide leads or direct client sourcing.
- Meet with clients virtually to understand their needs and provide appropriate financial needs analysis guidance and solutions.
- Educate clients on available insurance product benefits and protection options in a clear and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching and team development sessions.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and growth-minded
- Goal-oriented and dependable

Pay: From $300.00 per week
