Job Description

We are seeking a true digital sales professional with hands-on experience selling technology and digital marketing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. You should be comfortable prospecting, speaking to business owners, and confidently discussing SEO, PPC, website performance, and marketing ROI.

If you’ve sold websites, digital ads, SaaS platforms, or marketing technology in a high-volume inside sales environment — this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to generate new business
  • Navigate gatekeepers and engage business owners and decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover business needs
  • Present and sell digital marketing solutions with confidence
  • Clearly articulate ROI, performance metrics, and value
  • Handle objections and close deals consistently
  • Manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas
    What Success Looks Like
  • Structured ramp-up during the first 90 days
  • Achieve 50–60% of quota by Month 3
  • Reach 90%+ of quota by Months 6–8
  • Maintain a strong daily outbound cadence and full pipeline
    REQUIRED Experience
  • 2–5+ years of technology, SaaS, or digital sales experience
  • Proven experience successfully selling digital marketing solutions
  • (SEO, PPC, websites, online advertising, or similar)
  • Inside sales or call-center sales background
  • Demonstrated success as a quota-carrying closer
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills
  • Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Candidates without digital, technology, or marketing sales experience will not be considered.

    Nice to Have
  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite
  • Background selling SaaS, martech, or agency services
