Larson Maddox has partnered with a growing immigration firm that is highly respected in the DMV area and among Spanish speaking communities. They are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join the team! If you possess 1+ years of experience and are passionate about helping families build new lives in the United States, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities... • Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices • Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s • Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have; • Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar. • At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws • Excellent written/verbal skills • Spanish speaking is a plus Benefits: In addition to competitive salary, the firm offers various benefits including health insurance coverage options through major carriers; dental/vision/life/disability insurances plan also provided along with paid vacation days off on a yearly basis.
