- Responsibilities
- Support new and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Guide customers through enrollment or policy updates
- Explain benefit options clearly and confidently (training provided)
- Use simple digital tools to track applications and interactions
- Attend daily Zoom training and support sessions (remote)
- Requirements
- Professional, people-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools
- A strong communicator and active listener
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced remote role
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old
