Job Description
We are gym owners seeking an experienced Functional Fitness Program Writer to design personalized training programs for us as athletes.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build thoughtful, structured programming that balances strength, physique development, recovery, stress management, and long-term sustainability.
This role may grow in the future into assisting with programming for our gym and remote coaching services.
- Responsibilities:
- Write personalized weekly and monthly training programs tailored to our goals
- Design programming focused on:
- Strength development
- Muscle building & body composition
- Functional movement quality
- Recovery, stress, and lifestyle balance
- Program using typical CrossFit-style gym equipment
- Adjust programming based on feedback, fatigue, and progress
- Communicate regularly for updates and modifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- OPEX Coaching Certification (strongly preferred)
- Education or experience in Functional Bodybuilding principles
- Background in CrossFit, strength & conditioning, or personal training
- Strong understanding of periodization and recovery management
- Experience writing individualized programming (not just group classes)
