About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Functional Consultant with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will focus on discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- Document current state processes and define future state architecture and workflows
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs within the ServiceNow platform
- Provide functional expertise across ITSM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), and CMDB modules
- Support the design and improvement of asset management and configuration management processes
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with platform best practices
- Assist with documentation, process mapping, and implementation planning
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow capabilities
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
- Strong functional expertise in ITSM, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), and CMDB
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews
- Ability to document current state environments and design future state solutions
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform integrations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
- Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS ITSM, or CIS ITAM
- Experience supporting large scale ServiceNow implementations or enterprise transformation programs
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
