- *About The Role**
We are seeking a talented and versatile Game Designer / Programmer to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing innovative gameplay systems, including romance and dating mechanics, with a focus on mature and NSFW themes.
- Your responsibilities will involve designing engaging game mechanics, building prototypes, and collaborating closely with writers, artists, and fellow developers to shape compelling gameplay experiences. The ideal candidate is someone who is both creatively driven and technically proficient, capable of translating conceptual ideas into functional game features. The role requires a collaborative, respectful, and emotionally intelligent individual who values accessibility, clear communication, and personal boundaries, aligning with our team’s core principles.

- Proven experience in game design and programming
