Compensation: $30-$90/hr Location:
Remote Duration: 10–40 hrs/week, flexible and asynchronous Requirements: (Training support will be provided) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in game development or XR (AR/VR/MR) development • Strong experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting interactive applications • Familiarity with AI concepts as applied to gaming or XR workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and detail • Ability to design, iterate, and evaluate AI prompts for technical accuracy • Comfort working independently in a fully remote, agile environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data integrity and quality Preferred: • Experience working with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine • Familiarity with XR development frameworks and tools • Previous experience as an AI trainer, prompt engineer, or technical evaluator • Background in instructional design, technical training, or developer education • Awareness of current trends in gaming, XR, and interactive AI systems Role
Responsibilities: • Design and deliver high-quality AI training prompts specific to game and XR development use cases • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, coherence, and relevance in gaming and XR contexts • Develop realistic training scenarios reflecting industry best practices in interactive development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide structured feedback and optimize AI training processes • Continuously update training materials to align with advancements in AI, gaming, and XR technologies • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure all deliverables align with project goals and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity Application process: (Takes 7–30 mins) • Upload resume • AI interview (camera on, skill-based questions; coding for engineers) • Submit form Apply tot his job
