We’re building something new in Prince Edward Island.
At Aspire Agency Global, we’re launching Aspire Game Academy — a studio-aligned training program designed to prepare real-world game talent through practical experience, mentorship, and industry workflows.
This is not a traditional teaching role.
This is about helping people become ready for the game industry.
We’re looking for a Game Development Instructor with experience in areas such as:
QA, Live Ops, production, game design, or development
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small cohort (10–20 students)
- Teach practical, real-world workflows used in game studios
- Guide students through QA, production, and operational concepts
- Support hands-on projects and portfolio development
- Provide feedback, structure, and industry insight
- Help shape the next generation of game talent in PEI
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the game industry (QA, Live Ops, production, or development)
- Strong communication and mentorship ability
- Comfortable leading small groups in a structured environment
- Passion for helping others grow
- Bonus: Unity, Unreal, or live service experience

- Contract / Part-time (per cohort)
- Hybrid (PEI preferred)
- Evening + weekend schedule (built for real-life balance)
- 12-week program
Compensation
- $3,000 – $6,000 per cohort
- Based on experience and involvement
