We’re looking for a Gaming Product Manager with a strong interest in data-driven decision making and player engagement to work closely with game developers and studios.
This is a consultative, high-impact role where you’ll help gaming partners improve retention, engagement, and monetization strategies using insights, analytics, and structured product thinking.
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with game developers to improve player engagement and monetization performance
- Analyze game data and provide actionable recommendations on retention, progression, and revenue systems
- Build presentation-ready insights and narratives using data visualization tools
- Define and track key metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, engagement KPIs)
- Help design free-to-play and live-service systems that drive long-term player value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data, engineering, and product teams
- Support roadmap planning and execution for key initiatives
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in product management, analytics, or gaming-related roles
- Exposure to gaming industry (mobile, PC, console, or online games)
- Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to turn data into insights and clear recommendations
- Experience working in ambiguous environments and structuring solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with free-to-play (F2P), live ops, or monetization systems
- Background in game analytics, product strategy, or live-service games
- Experience working with external partners or clients
