Lead and drive innovation and transformation through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies within the GenAI Solutions Architecture team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions that leverage AI and ML to solve complex business problems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and ML and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to improve processes and efficiency within S&P Global. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and other stakeholders on AI and ML principles, tools, and best practices. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to explore new technologies and potential collaborations. Drive the development and implementation of AI and ML projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the GenAI Solutions Architecture strategy and roadmap. Communicate and present project updates, results, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages diversity of thought, creativity, and innovation. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and productivity.
Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in AI and ML and assess their potential impact on S&P Global.
