Position:
Geography Expert

Author technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance in geography and earth sciences.
Review and annotate problem sets using maps, satellite imagery, GIS output, and topographic figures.
Produce original problem sets and write reference solutions with structured quality checks.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs and training data quality.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.

PhD in Geography, Earth Sciences, or GIS; or MS with 3+ years applied research, cartography, or GIS experience; or BA/BS with 5+ years applied GIS, cartography, or field experience.
Working fluency in at least two of: physical geography, human geography, GIS, remote sensing, cartography.
Comfortable with maps, satellite imagery, GIS output, and topographic figures.
Clear technical writing; articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
