I own multiple coffee shops in California and recently shared a post in a large coffee shop owners group about a manager-less store structure I implemented that is producing very strong results.

The response has been overwhelming and many shop owners are asking for a step-by-step guide explaining how to implement this model.

I’m looking for someone who can help me turn my knowledge and experience into a structured guide or e-book.

This is NOT theoretical business writing. I need someone who can help organize real operational systems.

The guide will cover topics like:

  • How to run a coffee shop without a traditional store manager
  • Lead structure and team hierarchy
  • Scheduling systems and remote oversight
  • Communication systems with staff
  • Handling call-outs and accountability
  • Corrective action when there is no manager on site
  • How owners can support teams remotely
  • Cost savings vs traditional management structures

I will provide:

  • Voice notes
  • Written notes
  • Real examples from my stores
  • My existing processes

You will help:

  • Organize the content
  • Structure the guide
  • Write and format it clearly
  • Help turn it into an eBook or digital guide

Coffee industry or restaurant experience is a huge plus.

Bonus if you can also help create:

  • Simple diagrams or frameworks
  • Worksheets or templates for shop owners

The goal is to create a practical, actionable guide that coffee shop owners can immediately use.

This will likely turn into ongoing work as I expand the concept into consulting and additional resources.
