We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Gift Processor and Data Entry Assistant to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that gifts and donations are recorded accurately in our donor management system.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Gift Processor and Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Keying in all gifts and donations received accurately into our Raiser's Edge database.
  • Corresponding with staff and donors with requests for information and acknowledgements in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling gifts and pledges, updating the database, and pulling reports as requested.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of gifts and donations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to donors and staff.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and proficiency with Raiser's Edge database fundraising software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in written and verbal communication and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in a non-profit organization or fundraising environment.
  • Knowledge of donor management systems and fundraising software.
  • Experience with data entry and reconciliation.
