Job Description

I am looking for an experienced, highly technical Go High Level Automation Specialist to complete, optimize, and document a complex automation system so it can be licensed, cloned, and scaled. This is a fixed-price, 70-hour project to be completed within 10–14 days. You will work entirely in a sandbox clone of my account. ⸻ WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. System Audit • Audit workflows, triggers, pipelines, campaigns, calendars, tags, funnels • Identify conflicts, redundant logic, and double sends • Map the full automation architecture 2. Workflow Optimization • Clean and unify naming conventions • Resolve workflow conflicts • Implement redundancy-proof, safe-trigger logic • Fix calendar ↔ workflow issues • Remove dead workflows, unused tags, duplicate triggers 3. Pipeline Automation Cleanup • Standardize stage-based workflows • Ensure correct triggering on stage movement • Align agent and client journey automations 4. Funnel, Form & Calendar Integration • Validate all opt-in points • Fix funnel → workflow → pipeline flows • Clean confirmation logic + calendar notifications 5. Build Complete Documentation in Notion You will create a clean, organized documentation system including: • Workflow maps • Automation paths • Tag matrix • Naming conventions • SOPs • Architecture overview • Setup + onboarding instructions • Diagrams & flowcharts (Structure will be provided to you.) 6. Create White-Labeled Template Version • Clone entire OS • Remove brand-specific elements • Insert placeholders • Prep for deployment to new subaccounts • Document the cloning + setup process 7. QA Testing • Test workflows, calendars, conditional logic • Verify stage-based triggers • Document testing results ⸻ SYSTEM YOU WILL BE WORKING ON • 56 funnels • Multi-avatar lead flows • Buyer, seller, and agent journeys • Multi-step, branched workflows • Calendar-based automations • Tag-driven logic • Pipeline-triggered workflow paths System is ~75–80% complete. You will finalize, optimize, and document. ⸻ REQUIREMENTS Must Have • 2+ years advanced Go High Level experience • Strong logic + troubleshooting skills • Deep experience in multi-workflow automation builds • Experience with conditional branching, pipelines, and calendars • Ability to document systems clearly • Excellent English communication • Able to work FAST and accurately • Must commit 70 hours within 10–14 days Nice to Have • Notion documentation experience • White-label template experience • Real estate workflow familiarity (bonus, not required) ⸻ PROJECT DETAILS • Fixed Price: $1,260 USD • Hours: 70 total • Timeline: 10–14 days • Environment: Sandbox only Deliverables: • Fully optimized automation system • Complete documentation • Licensing-ready template version ⸻ HOW TO APPLY Send: 1.
