GoHighLevel + AI Developer Needed to Build “AI Roofing Super Employee”

🌍 Remote, USA 🎯 Full-time 🕐 Posted Recently

Job Description

Project Overview We are building Stage 2 of an advanced AI-driven automation system fully integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL). Stage 1 (AI Receptionist) is already complete. Stage 2 turns the system into a full-cycle AI worker that runs the entire roofing revenue operation inside GHL. This is not a chatbot project. This is an AI SDR + Sales Assistant + Estimator + CRM Manager, working continuously to move leads from first contact to close — while giving owners and managers complete pipeline visibility. We are looking for a developer who understands automation as a system, not just isolated workflows. What You Will Be Building The AI Roofing Super Employee operates across the full sales and operations lifecycle: Cold outbound and lead qualification Appointment booking and follow-up Sales meeting transcription and note-taking On-roof inspection support using phone camera and voice Estimate and proposal generation CRM updates, task creation, and pipeline movement Owner and manager dashboards with real-time visibility Each phase feeds the next automatically inside GoHighLevel. Core Responsibilities Outbound, Qualification & Appointment Setting You will build a multichannel outbound engine inside GHL that: Pulls leads from Smart Lists or pipeline stages Automatically performs calls, SMS, and email outreach Uses AI logic to decide who to contact, via which channel, and when to stop Qualifies leads using roofing-specific scripts (roof issues, urgency, insurance, decision-maker status, property and roof type) Handles common roofing objections with approved rebuttals Books appointments directly into GHL calendars Sends confirmations, reminders, and reschedules automatically All interactions must update pipelines, tags, and custom fields so owners always know where every lead stands. Meeting Copilot & Note-Taking You will implement a meeting assistant that: Transcribes sales calls or in-person meeting recordings Produces clean summaries, discovery notes, objections, and next steps Extracts structured CRM data such as roof size mentions, materials, preferences, insurance status, and readiness to decide Automatically creates follow-up tasks with owners and due dates Updates pipeline stages based on meeting outcomes The goal is zero manual note-taking for sales reps. On-Roof Camera + Voice Inspection Support This is a key differentiator of Stage 2. While a sales rep or inspector is on the roof using a smartphone: The rep speaks naturally while recording photos or video The AI captures voice notes and visual evidence Spoken observations are transcribed into structured damage notes Images and clips are tagged by roof section and damage category Damage types include hail impact, wind-lifted shingles, granule loss, cracked shingles, flashing or vent issues, and exposed decking indicators. The AI assists and documents — final decisions remain human-approved. Estimates, Proposals & CRM Control Using inspection notes, measurements, damage classifications, and pricing rules, the system will: Draft scopes of work Build line-item estimates (materials, labor, tear-off, disposal, add-ons) Generate insurance-friendly proposal language Deliver proposals via GHL email, PDF documents, or GHL funnels Track proposal status and create follow-ups automatically All notes, media, documents, and tasks must be saved and linked to the correct opportunity. Owner & Manager Visibility A non-negotiable outcome of this project is total pipeline transparency. Dashboards must clearly show: Leads → Appointments → Estimates → Closed funnel Where every lead sits What action is blocking the next step Overdue tasks by rep Objection trends Conversion rates per stage AI-influenced revenue activity No guessing. No hidden bottlenecks. Core vs Pro Scope Super Employee Core Cold outbound from lead lists Qualification and appointment booking CRM hygiene (tags, stages, custom fields) Reactivation and follow-up logic Calendar gap filling Basic dashboards Bilingual support (English / Spanish) Positioning: Your full-time AI SDR team inside GoHighLevel. Super Employee Pro Everything in Core, plus: Meeting copilot and note-taker On-roof voice and camera inspection support Estimate and proposal drafting Task automation and deal movement Insurance support documentation Mobile-friendly workflows for field reps Advanced owner and manager dashboards Rep coaching insights and objection tracking Positioning: An AI department that runs the entire roofing revenue operation. Tech Stack GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, fields, calendars, dashboards) OpenAI (text and audio for logic and transcription) GHL Phone or Twilio Automation tools: n8n (preferred), Make, or Zapier Optional document tools: PandaDoc, SignNow, or DocuSign File storage: Google Drive or Dropbox What We Expect From You We are not looking for someone who blindly follows instructions. We want a developer who: Thinks in systems, not just automations Challenges assumptions and suggests improvements Simplifies workflows while improving reliability Designs clean, modular, maintainable logic Communicates clearly and documents decisions Treats this as a product, not a one-off task Ideal Candidate Strong GoHighLevel automation experience Proven AI agent or AI workflow development Experience with Twilio or GHL Phone Comfortable with structured JSON outputs Experience building call, SMS, and email AI agents n8n experience strongly preferred (or Make/Zapier) Able to deliver stable, production-ready work How to Apply Please include: A brief summary of your relevant experience Examples or demos of similar AI or GHL projects Your experience with OpenAI, GHL, and Twilio Your preferred automation tool (n8n, Make, Zapier) Your fixed-price estimate Your availability and estimated timeline Required question: If you were responsible for improving this AI Roofing Super Employee beyond the initial scope, what would you change, simplify, or enhance — and why?
