We are a growing marketing agency using GoHighLevel as the core backend for our operations, client fulfillment, and communication systems.
Our current system was built internally and is functional, but we now need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to audit, optimize, and prepare the system for scale as we onboard multiple clients.
This is a short-term optimization project focused on improving workflows, automation reliability, and operational efficiency.

- Prepare GoHighLevel backend for scalable multi-client onboarding
- Fix and optimize booking & calendar workflows
Improve automation logic and pipeline movement
Streamline dialing workflows for call center operations
Improve tracking and reporting visibility for clients
✅ Scope of Work
Calendar & Booking Optimization
- Fix cancellation and rescheduling flow issues
- Improve booking structure and calendar workflows
Design scalable calendar setup across clients
Automation & Pipelines
- Automate follow-ups and B2B reminder sequences
- Improve workflow triggers and pipeline automation
- Ensure consistent automation performance
Dialer Workflow Integration
- Support workflows connected to Hot Prospector power dialing
- Enable agents to move leads through pipelines using dispositions
- Align calling workflows with automation triggers
Communication Integrations
- Ensure smooth coordination with external AI SMS software (CloseBot)
- Automate sending email quotes based on conversation transcripts
Tracking & Reporting
- Organize pipelines for clear performance tracking
Improve reporting for:
- bookings generated
- revenue tracking
- bi-weekly client performance reviews
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Advanced GoHighLevel experience (agency setups preferred)
- Strong automation architecture and workflow logic skills
- Experience scaling GHL systems
- Familiarity with outbound calling workflows or dialers
- Systems thinker focused on efficiency and scalability
