We are a growing local storage and truck parking business in San Antonio, TX looking for a freelancer to manage and optimize our lead generation ads. Our goal is simple: generate phone calls and inquiries from local customers and truck drivers. We need help setting up and managing: • Google Ads (Search) – Truck Parking • Facebook Ads – Boat & RV Storage This is a small but growing ad account with strong long-term potential. ⸻ Budget: Ad spend: ~$500/month to start Management budget: $200–$300/month This role can grow as results improve. ⸻ What we need you to do: • Set up Google Ads search campaign for truck parking • Set up Facebook lead campaign for RV/boat storage • Optimize campaigns weekly • Improve cost per lead over time • Provide simple monthly performance report Primary goal = phone calls and inquiries ⸻ Ideal Experience: • Local service business ads • Lead generation (NOT ecommerce) • Google Ads search campaigns • Facebook lead ads • Experience working with small businesses If you’ve run ads for storage, parking, real estate, or home services — that’s a big plus. ⸻ To apply, please include: 1.
