We are an established real estate team based on the Central Coast, NSW seeking an experienced paid media specialist to build and manage a measurable lead generation funnel.
Our objective is simple:
Generate qualified seller appraisal enquiries within defined priority areas while maintaining strict control over geographic spend and cost per lead.
This is not a brand awareness or “boost post” role.
This is performance-driven advertising with clear ROI expectations.

What We’re Looking For
A specialist with proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads for Australian local service businesses.
You must understand:
- Geographic targeting for postcode/suburb-based businesses
- High-intent search capture
- Retargeting strategy across platforms
- Conversion tracking and event setup
- Cost-per-lead optimisation
