We are hiring an experienced Google Ads specialist to take over and optimize an ACTIVE pay-per-call campaign in the travel niche (flight booking & rebooking). PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING. ⚠️ This is NOT a beginner role. ⚠️ We need RESULTS immediately — not theory, not slow testing. CURRENT SITUATION: The campaign is already built and running Funnel is optimized and conversion-ready Keywords are in place (high-intent) Traffic is coming in (clicks are consistent) ❗ Problem: Calls are inconsistent/low — we need to fix this FAST YOUR ROLE: You will NOT rebuild from scratch. You will: Diagnose why clicks are not converting into calls Improve traffic intent (call-based vs browsing traffic) Optimize search terms and keyword delivery Control the budget and eliminate wasted spending Increase qualified call volume within days GOAL: Generate consistent, qualified calls (daily) Improve conversion rate immediately Stabilize and prepare for scaling CAMPAIGN DETAILS: Budget: $30–$50/day (scaling ready) CPC: ~$1.50 Platform: Google Search Ads Model: Pay-per-call (MarketCall) ✅ YOU MUST HAVE: Proven experience with pay-per-call campaigns (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of search intent vs call intent Ability to optimize small budgets ($15–$50/day) Experience fixing campaigns that get clicks but no conversions Clear, decisive optimization approach (not over-editing) DO NOT APPLY IF: You want to “restart everything.” You rely only on automated bidding without a strategy You cannot explain your decisions clearly You take weeks to show results REQUIRED TEST (MANDATORY): Answer these in your proposal: If a campaign gets clicks but no calls for 2–3 days, what EXACT steps do you take first?
