Job Description

    Google Ads & PPC Management
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies primarily on Google Ads, with additional campaigns on Bing Ads and select paid social platforms.
  • Build and manage Expert Mode campaigns using manual bidding strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost-per-conversion performance.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
    Tracking, Analytics & Technical Marketing
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
  • Configure and troubleshoot tracking for Google Ads, Google Analytics, CallRail, and form submissions.
  • Ensure accurate attribution across calls, form fills, and website interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve tracking issues affecting campaign performance.
    Website & Landing Page Optimization
  • Work within WordPress environments to manage landing pages, implement tracking scripts, and make basic content updates when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development team to improve landing page conversion rates.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for tracking, performance, and SEO best practices.
    SEO Collaboration
  • Work alongside the SEO team to ensure PPC and organic strategies are aligned.
  • Have a working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword targeting, page structure, and local search optimization.
  • Be willing to assist with SEO initiatives or learn deeper SEO practices over time.
    Reporting & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data trends.
  • Create clear reports outlining performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on Google Ads updates, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.
    Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience managing Google Ads campaigns in Expert Mode
  • Strong experience implementing conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Experience integrating and managing CallRail tracking
  • Working knowledge of WordPress website management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience using SEM tools and marketing analytics platforms
  • Ability to write high-performing ad copy
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Dental or orthodontic marketing experience is a strong plus
  • Experience or interest in SEO strategy and optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
