Job Description
We run performance marketing for ecommerce brands and have several clients with Google Merchant Center issues right now. Disapprovals, feed errors, policy flags. Most of the stores are on SHopify, but one is on BigCommerce.
We need someone who can audit the accounts, identify what's actually causing the problems, and fix them. This is hands-on troubleshooting work, not setup or configuration from scratch.
What you'll be working on
Diagnosing and resolving GMC product disapprovals (policy violations, missing attributes, price mismatches, availability errors)
Fixing product feed issues from BigCommerce, whether through the native Google channel, supplemental feeds, or third-party tools like GoDataFeed or DataFeedWatch
Troubleshooting structured data issues, canonical errors, or landing page policy flags
Handling GMC account suspensions or warnings if applicable
Documenting what you did and why so we understand the fix, not just have it done
You're the right fit if
You've actively debugged GMC feed and disapproval issues before, not just set them up
You have real experience with BigCommerce specifically, not just Shopify
You communicate clearly and can give us a concise audit summary before you start making changes
You can turn around an audit within 24 to 48 hours of getting access
