Job Description
Alpine Fit PT is seeking a Grants Compliance Manager to provide strategic oversight of all post-award grant compliance and financial monitoring functions for the Agency. This role ensures compliance with funding requirements and oversees the full post-award lifecycle, collaborating with program leadership and finance to safeguard funding integrity.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting regulatory and contractual requirements (including Uniform Guidance where applicable)
- Monitoring expenditures for allowability and budget compliance
- Overseeing preparation and submission of financial and programmatic reports
- Coordinating responses to funder monitoring visits and audits
- Leading internal compliance reviews
- Establishing monitoring frameworks
- Supporting audit readiness
- Ensuring compliant grant closeout processes
- Providing supervision to compliance, reporting, and billing staff
- Providing regular compliance updates to executive leadership
Skills
- Associates degree; Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- In lieu of educational requirements, must have GED/High School Diploma, plus one year's experience in grant compliance
- Must pass criminal background investigation check
- Must pass drug screen
- Must provide and maintain current TX Driver's License
- Must provide and maintain clean driving record and annually update driving record
- Must provide and maintain current auto liability insurance
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to lift/carry (40) lbs, and ascend/descend stairs in emergency shelter setting
