Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in the CPG world, especially food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands. Someone who understands how to make products feel irresistible on a shelf, in a Shopify store, and across social.
This role is for a fast-moving founder-led brand building modern products that blend wellness, design, and culture. Think less “corporate agency deck,” more “premium Erewhon aisle energy.”
- What You’ll Work On
- Packaging design
- Product labels + dielines
- Retail mockups + merchandising concepts
- Brand systems, typography, color refinement, iconography
- You Should Have
- Experience designing for CPG brands
- Strong understanding of packaging and print production
- A portfolio with food, beverage, supplements, wellness, or beauty brands
- Taste level that feels modern, elevated, clean, and premium
- Ability to balance creativity with conversion
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva or Figma expert is a huge plus)
- Understanding of DTC brands and social-first design
- Ability to move quickly and collaborate directly with founders
