JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Designer
Title: Graphics Designer (Technical + UI/UX)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop along with solid UI/UX design capabilities. The ideal candidate should have actively used AI tools and automation workflows to enhance creativity, speed, and efficiency and should be updated with the latest global design trends.
This role requires a balance of creativity, technical execution, brand sensitivity, and digital-first thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Design user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms using Figma
ยท Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive (mobile-first) layouts
ยท Develop branding materials, brochures, marketing creatives, and digital assets
ยท Maintain brand consistency across web and print platforms
ยท Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation
ยท Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept creation, layout generation, image enhancement, and design iteration
Required Technical Skills (Mandatory)
ยท 3+ years of graphic/UI design experience
ยท Strong proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
ยท Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and visual hierarchy
ยท Strong typography and layout fundamentals
ยท Experience designing for both digital and print environments
AI Capabilities (Mandatory)
ยท Hands-on experience using AI tools for:
o Design ideation and concept generation
o Image creation, editing, and background refinement
o Layout suggestions and rapid prototyping
o Automation of repetitive design tasks
ยท Ability to integrate AI into daily design workflow while maintaining brand consistency
ยท Strong judgment to refine AI outputs and ensure originality and quality
Preferred Traits:
ยท Experience building design systems
ยท Basic motion graphics knowledge
ยท Awareness of latest UI, digital, and graphic design trends
ยท Understanding of performance-friendly and accessibility-focused design
ยท Strong understanding of minimal and clean design principles
ยท Good working knowledge of color theory and visual harmony
ยท Ability to adhere to brand design guidelines while still exploring creative solutions
ยท Strong problem-solving ability
ยท Ability to work independently with good communication skills
