Job Description
Company Description
At 172,000 acres, Trinchera Reserve & Lodge is among the largest private conservation reserves in the country, set deep in Colorado's Sangre de Cristo Mountains across six ecological zones, three fourteeners, and miles of streams and trails. Opening this Spring, Trinchera will welcome group retreats, executive gatherings, milestone celebrations, and individual travelers drawn to a high-alpine safari unlike anything else in American hospitality — guided by foresters, fisheries biologists, naturalists, and field guides who steward this land year-round. Those who work here take on more than a job title. They support the stewardship of a rare landscape and the responsibility of delivering guest experiences worthy of it.
Role Description
While this position offers remote flexibility, candidates must be based within a 200‑mile driving distance of Fort Garland, Colorado, to become immersed in all that the property has to offer and to support periodic on‑site work.
Dates of Employment: March 2026 start
Employment Terms: Full-time, year-round
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week; occasional weekends and holidays.
Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a performance bonus
