With over 20 locations nationwide and a robust online presence, GrowGeneration is at the forefront of driving growth in hydroponics, Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), greenhouse and nursery solutions, and gardening centers. Position Reports To: SVP of Brand and Product Development Salary: $100 - $110K/year DOQ Purpose of Position: leveraging cultivation expertise to support clients, strengthen internal operations, and drive sales growth. This role combines technical consulting, facility design support, and customer engagement to ensure clients achieve best practices while aligning with company goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients, developing best practice solutions that directly support sales growth. Assist the internal team with troubleshooting, cultivation challenges, and facility design strategies. Utilize personal and company social media platforms to generate new business opportunities. Leverage existing client relationships to promote and expand adoption of private-label products. Deliver technical guidance on SOPs, crop steering techniques, canopy management, and all aspects of cultivation support. Partner with sales and operations teams to create seamless client experiences and improve efficiency. Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and their dependents that includes: Two (2) Medical Plans, with GrowGeneration contributing 80% to employee only coverage and 50% to employee + dependent(s) coverage Dental and Vision Plan Short & Long-Term Disability Company paid Life and AD&D policy Voluntary Life and AD&D Accident and Critical Illness At least ten (10) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per anniversary year Up to ten (10) paid holidays Up to six (6) days of Paid Sick Leave, subject to state and local laws Retirement Savings Plan (401k) Four (4) weeks of company paid Parental Leave Part-time employees are eligible for up to six (6) days of paid sick leave (subject to state and local laws), two (2) weeks of paid parental leave, and participation in the 401k. Employees that move from part-time to full-time status may receive less than ten (10) PTO days based on their anniversary date. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions. Requirements 5+ years of experience in commercial cannabis cultivation, horticulture, or controlled environment agriculture. Strong technical expertise in plant science, nutrient programs, substrates, and grow room systems. Direct experience working with MSOs or large-scale cultivation facilities. Track record of supporting product onboarding, grower training, and customer conversions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both growers and internal teams.
