Weβre looking for a highly experienced Growth Manager / Digital Marketing Strategist who can help us architect a clear, actionable growth roadmap for our brand, guide our marketing direction, and brief our digital marketing team. This is not a junior execution role β we need someone who thinks strategically, understands performance marketing deeply, and can translate business goals into a clear plan with timelines, priorities, and channels. Responsibilities β’ Audit our current brand, digital presence, and acquisition funnels β’ Build a structured Growth Roadmap (90-day + 180-day) β’ Develop our digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, content, CRM, funnels β’ Identify key growth levers and opportunities β’ Create clear briefs for our digital marketing team (ads, content, email, landing pages) β’ Help define KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting structure β’ Advise on CRM setup (Klaviyo, email flows, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram automation) β’ Guide optimization: landing pages, creatives, customer journeys β’ Join 1β2 weekly syncs for alignment Requirements β’ Proven experience in growth strategy for DTC, health/wellness, tech, or consumer brands β’ Ability to turn insights into actionable roadmaps, processes, and briefs β’ Strong understanding of performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) β’ Experience collaborating with creative, content, and paid media teams β’ Clear communication, structured thinking, and ability to lead strategy β’ Advantage: Experience with early-stage or launch-phase brands Project Scope β’ Initial project: Build strategy + roadmap + brief the team β’ Potential ongoing monthly advisory/oversight β’ Remote β’ Start ASAP Apply tot his job
