In a short time, we’ve reached millions of users globally and raised $7M from top-tier VCs . Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to scale consumer apps globally. What you’ll do Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) Manage and optimize high daily ad budgets Improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across markets Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously Work closely with product to improve conversion & retention Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end Requirements What we’re looking for 4 + years of experience in performance marketing Proven track record in scaling B2C mobile apps Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution Experience managing large ad budgets Data-driven mindset (you live in dashboards) Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy Experience with subscription apps is a big plus Benefits Why Lucida AI?
