ThisFish Inc. is an innovative company focused on transforming global food systems through technology. The Growth Marketing Specialist will develop and operate AI-powered systems to generate leads and drive growth, collaborating closely with the CEO and preparing for future sales team expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own and Build Top-of-Funnel Systems
- Design, test, and optimize AI-powered outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and industry communities
- Improve lead capture, lead scoring, and qualification using HubSpot
- Launch A/B tests weekly across messaging, audiences, and CTAs
- Amp Up Inbound Through Digital Marketing
- Turn our existing content, webinars, conference talks, and expert insights into: Lead magnets, Drip campaigns, Retargeting assets, SEO-optimized content
- Optimize our website for conversion (CRO frameworks, forms, automations, routing)
- Manage website (Wordpress) and monthly newsletter (Campaign Monitor) content
- Build Automation to Scale Everything
- Implement AI tools for: Prospect research, Contact enrichment, Personalized outreach, Lead scoring, Meeting scheduling
- Connect automation workflows across HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, LinkedIn, Slack, and email
- Partner with CEO & Prepare for Sales Team Expansion
- Take ownership of early meetings and nurture deal flows
- Help build the pipeline necessary to justify hiring a senior Enterprise AE (targeting enterprise/government/global accounts)
- Track KPIs and report funnel insights weekly
Skills
- 1–3+ years in Demand Gen, BDR, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Ops
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Campaign Monitor, Wordpress, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, and AI assistants
- Strong comfort with automation tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot Workflows, Clay, ChatGPT)
- You enjoy cold outreach, A/B testing, data, and building repeatable systems
- You want to help a scaling company transition from founder-led sales to a modern sales + marketing engine
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience working in a small, fast-moving tech company
- Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to repurpose technical content into digestible marketing assets
- Interest in eventually growing into Demand Gen Manager, SDR Lead, or Growth Lead
